Terms & Conditions - Rugby SWEEPSTAKE
By entering the HOM SA sweepstake, participants accept the following terms and conditions.
ORGANISER
The organiser of this promotion is Impasse Maria Mauban, 7 rue Gaston de Flotte, 13012 Marseille – hereinafter referred to as HOM SA.
PARTICIPATION
To enter the sweepstake, participants must complete and submit the required fields in the online form on the official HOM website. By entering, participants agree to the rules of the sweepstake. Participation is possible within the timeframe stated in the sweepstake. Entry is free of charge. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not subject to change.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligible participants are natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Huber Holding AG and their relatives are excluded from participation. HOM SA reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its own discretion if there are valid reasons, such as:
(a) manipulation related to access or execution of the sweepstake
(b) violation of these terms and conditions
(c) unfair conduct
(d) false or misleading information provided during participation
SWEEPSTAKE PERIOD
The sweepstake runs until April 2, 2026 (11:59 PM).
PRIZES
1 unique prize consisting of:
- 2 tickets to the national rugby final on 27 June 2026 at the Stade de France
- Access to the lounge before, during half-time and after the event
- Cocktail reception
- Champagne, wine, spirits and soft drinks
- Lounge near your seats in the stands
-Dedicated VIP entrances
-Parking for 1 car
-A gift for each guest
-Rugby ambassador
- 1 night in a 4* hotel in a double room for 2 people in Paris
- Return transfers between the hotel and the stadium.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Arrival and departure from Paris is not included.
In addition: 5 vouchers worth €75, valid for one year on the HOM website www.hom.com/en-eu/.
WINNERS, NOTIFICATION & DELIVERY
The deadline for entries is Thursday, April 2, 2026. Winner will be selected at random after this date and notified via email.
Winner must respond within 24 hours of notification. If no response is received, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
The prize claim is valid only upon receipt of written notification. The prize will be awarded exclusively to the designated winner, who may choose one person to accompany them.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Legal recourse is excluded. Subject to typographical and printing errors. Cash redemption of the prize is expressly excluded. Prizes are non-transferable. If any provision is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
RIGHT TO MODIFY
HOM SA reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions at any time without providing reasons, if necessary for smooth and secure processing or to prevent misuse. The recipient of the information provided by participants is HOM SA.
DATA PROTECTION
HOM SA assures compliance with the legal data protection regulations according to the GDPR. All participant data – including personal data – will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and will only be shared with third parties if necessary for its execution. HOM SA confirms that third parties are contractually obliged to comply with data protection laws when processing personal data.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Once the prize has been awarded, HOM SA declines all responsibility for any damage of any kind. The organising entity and its service providers and partners cannot under any circumstances be held liable for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prize by the winner or their guest once the winner has taken possession of it.
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any provision of these general terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by a legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic intent of the invalid provision.
The same shall apply in the event of a loophole in these general terms and conditions.
