  • How is my status determined in the loyalty programme?

    Your status is determined according to the frequency or amount of your purchases. This status is valid for the 12 months following your entry. When you register, and without making a purchase, you automatically enter the ORIGIN status. To reach the second HORIZON level and start earning loyalty benefits, you must have made at least one purchase. The GALAXY status is unlocked after 3 purchases or a 250€ / £250 order, and INFINITY status is unlocked after 5 purchases or a 500€ / £500 order.
  • How can I reach the next status in the loyalty programme?

    Your status depends on how much you spend. The more you spend in the HOM online shop, the higher your level will be and the more advantages you'll enjoy! After your purchase, it takes 14 days for your account to be credited with your points and for you to move up to the next status if you meet the access conditions.
  • How long are my loyalty points valid?

    Your points are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Don't forget to use them before they expire !
  • Can I combine my loyalty points with a discount code or promotion?

    Your loyalty points cannot be used at the same time as a voucher, discount code or promotion during a sales period. However, you will collect loyalty points each time you make a purchase.
  • I already have a HOM customer account. Do I need to register for the loyalty programme?

    No, if you have a HOM customer account, you are already automatically a member of the loyalty programme. Simply log into your customer account and you will automatically be linked to our loyalty programme. Don't know if you have a customer account? Click here.   • I can't use my points - what should I do?

    If you are unable to redeem your points before confirming your order, check that your basket contains a product eligible for a discount and/or that you have not entered a discount code. Also check that the amount in your basket makes it eligible for points: minimum order of 50€ / £50 to redeem 100 points, minimum order of 100€ / £100 to redeem 200, minimum order of 130€ / £130 to redeem 300 points and minimum order of 180€ / £180 to redeem 400 points. If you encounter any difficulties, our customer service team is also at your disposal.
  • Can I use my points to buy a gift voucher?

    Yes, you can use your loyalty points to buy a gift voucher.
