You have decided to return your order or parts of it? Here you can find all necessary steps...

Please note that we do not proceed to exchanges: returned items will be refunded, and we invite you to place a new order if you need a different size, colour or product.

1. Fill in return papers

Please use the return papers that we sent with your order to tell us which items you are returning and why. Getting to know your return reasons helps us to improve our offers, our products and our service.

2. Put items and return papers in the box

Please put the filled in return papers together with the goods you want to return back into the box.

3. Get a return label

We do not provide with prepaid return labels for orders placed from the UK: you can return the products here, using the carrier of your choice:

Please make sure that all relevant documents are correctly filled in to prevent the parcel from being stuck at Customs, as we do not have any power to get a parcel released from the customs office if something is missing.

Also, please note that the shipping costs will NOT be refunded.

4. Seal your box

Please seal your shipping box with sticking tape to make sure nothing gets lost on the way back. 

5. Hand over to carrier

Please hand over the sealed and labeled box to the carrier. Make sure to keep the confirmation slip as this carries the tracking number for your return parcel.

6. Get your refund

As soon as your return shipment reaches us it passes through a quality check. After a successfull QC, we will refund the returned products the same way you initially paid for your order. In case you have used a voucher or discount on your order it is possible that the voucher conditions are met no more. In such a case we will adjust the refund accordingly.
Please note that returns from the UK may take more time than usually expected, as they need to go through Customs and be released before they can be delivered to our warehouse.

 

Note about returns in general

Thanks for your understanding that we can only accept returns that fall into the 14 days return deadline.
For return handling we also have 14 days (due to legal terms). Nevertheless we are doing what we can to process your returns as quickly as possible.

Deviating from the legal formulation of the right of withdrawal, we also accept returns simply by sending the goods back, i.e. without a formal withdrawal.


Note about trying on

Please handle the products carefully when trying them on, same as you would do it in the store of your favourite fashion retailer. Be aware that all labels need to remain attachted to the product. For hygienic reasons please keep on your underwear when trying on your ordered products and avoid soiling (e.g. make-up, perfume, deodorant or similar as well as smoke odor). Soiled or damaged items as well as items that have tags and labels removed cannot be returned.


Note about exchanging products

You have selected the wrong size or would like to exchange an item for another colour? If so please return the things you do not want to keep as explained above, and simply order the products you want to have from our online shop. As soon as we receive your return, you will get refunded accordingly.
