    Job description

    Work in collaboration with the e-Commerce teams of the Huber group to develop a performance e-marketing plan.

    To do this, you deploy acquisition and loyalty campaigns via all digital channels (SEA, SEO and social networks).

    You manage, analyze and recommend advertising campaign budgets (Adwords, AdBing and social Ads) by constantly optimizing their ROAS.

    You collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams by piloting incremental tests and A/B tests in order to identify opportunities and improve the profitability of campaigns for the group's e-commerce sites and physical stores.

    You are the guarantor of catalog updates and commercial offers on e-commerce sites in order to ensure conversions related to the campaigns you manage.

    Required profile

    You have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position with significant growth in online sales, particularly in the retail sector (fashion).

    You master the Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook Ads advertising platforms as well as a good understanding of the social media landscape.

    You have a strong experience in the management of affiliate programs.

    You master statistical analysis tools (such as Google Analytics) and KPIs by acquisition channel and you are comfortable handling and analyzing DATA.

    You master the office tools of the Microsoft pack.

    You are bilingual in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    You are comfortable making updates (catalog and offer) in the Magento environment.
